Prada opened their first boutique in Amsterdam. Together with UPR they welcomed over 250 guests who could take a glimpse of the new collection while enjoying tasty bites, good drinks and the fine tunes of DJ duo The Penelopes. UPR also handled the celebrity dressing and the coordination of private viewings.
Every.day.counts opens its first store in Amsterdam
The launch of Every Day Counts and the opening of their first store in Amsterdam was a great reason to celebrate. The official launch party was held at a very fancy location near the IJ Amsterdam, overlooking Amsterdam with an amazing view. While being entertained by the live tunes from Bella Hay tout fashion Amsterdam enjoyed the new collection. Every.day.counts brings modern simplicity to men's and womenswear delivering premium styles affordably.
TOMS officially opened its first European flagship store in the ‘9 streets’ in Amsterdam. While enjoying a Tommy’s Margerita or a Chukka cocktail you could see a one of a kind piece of art come to life, painted by the well-known artist and TOMS lover Selwyn Senatori. Blake MyCoskie welcomed all guests in person while singer and songwrite Ntjam rosie gave a live performance. Everything underlined that TOMS likes to mkae you feel at home in the store.
Dr.Martens opened the first Benelux Store in Amsterdam last July. To celebrate this event we invited the coolest crowd to the official launch party in August. Dr.Martens is known for their rich history and the brand makes a revival at the moment. Dr.Martens stands for creativity and individuality. WE Fashion store opened a completely renewed brand store in Amstelveen. From now on it is also possible to shop the Girls collection, next to the WE Men, Women and Boys collections. At the opening it was possible to get your Blue Ridge Denim customized by Koen Tossijn from Atelier Tossijn. To celebrate the opening, customers could get 50% off of their jeans till three days after the opening.
The Rado Esenza Ceramic Touch collection is the first women only watch accommodated with Touch Technology. During a design high tea, Rado presented this innovative collection towards press relations while enjoying luxurious sweets & treats at the beautiful Andaz Hotel.
On the 30th of January U-PR hosted the Relaunch Event for IMEDEEN. The event was specifically organized for the online and offline beauty press and for Dutch celebrities. In order to launch the new television Philips DesignLine 2013, Unlimited PR organized an event for international press from all over Europe together with TPVision. Journalists flew in on the 13th of March and were welcomed at the exclusive Andaz Hotel in Amsterdam. On the 14th of March the television was revealed by, among others, the designer Rod White. Following the unveiling moment at the Andaz Hotel, the guests were invited to view three different Amsterdam homes where the product’s design, technical and practical aspects were highlighted. All three apartments are originally home to Dutch families, which made it a special experience for the guests.
The Rado Design Dinner is an annually returning event where we point out the link between Rado and design. Every year we highlight a different collection or model. The dinner takes place in yearly changing locations to strengthen the view of design. Restaurant Bolenius, Movie Museum Eye and the Conservatorium Hotel are just a few examples of locations where the event was held.
Every year UPR and Orange Babies organize the “Orange Babies Gala”, which is an event that takes place on different locations each time. The goal of the gala is to raise awareness for the projects of Orange Babies and to collect money to help this organization to achieve their goal of helping pregnant women with hiv and their babies.
In 2011, illycaffè reached its 50th anniversary in the Netherlands. In order to celebrate, UPR organized a leading event in the Gashouder in Amsterdam. All the highlights of illycaffè throughout the past 50 years were presented on culinary islands.
